RV Rules & Regulations

To ensure everyone has an enjoyable stay at rolling acres, THESE RULES MUST BE FOLLOWED:

1. Public intoxication, unruly behavior, violence of any type, vandalism, obscene gestures, or profane language WILL NOT BE TOLERATED and will result in the violator being escorted off the property by the local police. NO REFUNDS.
2. NO KEGS are allowed. Quiet time is 10:00 pm
3. ALL RVers AND GUESTS MUST REGISTER at the office before entering into the RV park.
4. ONE VEHICLE PER SITE. All other vehicles, including visitors’ vehicles, must be parked in front of the office/pool.
5. PARKING ONE WAY ONLY in the RV sites  –  the way the sites were designed.
6. For emergency purposes, VEHICLES MUST NOT EXTEND INTO THE ROAD in front or behind RV sites.
7. All parents are responsible for the behavior and safety of their children.
8. Pool has no lifeguard on duty – children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. No food, glassware or pets allowed in pool area. Pool is provided for only campers and registered guest of campers.
9. CAR, TRUCK, AND RV WASHING IS NOT PERMITTED.
10. Campfires are permitted in designated areas only. Do not move the fire rings.
11. NO FIREWORKS AND FIREARMS are permitted. This includes sparklers.
12. Pets are welcome, provided they are kept on a leash, cleaned up after, not left unattended, and they do not infringe on the peace and enjoyment of your neighbor’s RVing experience.
13. Please protect our grass, move carpets periodically.
14. Do not drive on the grass areas, unless permitted by Management.
15. Pond is available for shore fishing only. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. ABSOLUTELY NO SWIMMING IN POND.
16. No generators may be used in the park.
17. No fish cleaning or dishwashing in the bath house or laundry room.
18. PLEASE HELP KEEP OUR PARK CLEAN by using the trash dumpster or the trash cans situated near the office area.
19. All Terrain Vehicles (ATVs), motorbikes and golf carts are not allowed in the park for recreational purposes.
20. Management assumes no responsibility for loss by fire, theft, accidents, or personal injury.

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ALL RULES MAY RESULT IN YOUR IMMEDIATE DEPARTURE WITHOUT REFUND.
